Human Nature's Mosquito Repellent Lotion

I am Pro-Environment and as possible, I reduce my use of plastic bags and I use paper bags and cloth bags as an alternative. Same way, early this year, I have become very interested in introducing my family on all natural and organic products.

Why Natural? Aside from the reason that it is very safe to use and no harmful chemical ingredients, it is also budget-friendly and Eco-friendly.

I am also thinking of ways on how my family can stay away from dengue carrying mosquitoes knowing that dengue disease spikes during the rainy season. Having a clean environment is not enough. Adding a protection like insect repellent lotion is an additional preventive measure.I am afraid that my kids or any of the family catch dengue. The safety of my family is my top priority. As much as possible, I do not like to see any marks or insect bites on my kid's skins. When they scratch the bites, it can develop into scabbies or infections.

My sister introduced me Human Natures product. She gave me insect repellent which she ordered from their website. She has been using this for quite sometime now and proven effective. She is also a mom like me so I never hesitated to try this.

This is 100% Natural Bug Shield Mosquito Repellent DEET-Free Lotion. It comes on 50ml for Php94.75. Very affordable, no thinking twice. Did I say the word '100% Natural' has made me tried it???

Ban dengue and DEET the safe and natural way!

Your trusted citronella insect repellant now packs an even more powerful punch against pesky mosquitoes with our improved non-sticky Bug Shield DEET-Free Lotion. Now infused with soy bean oil and eucalyptus oil for an added boost of protection and an even better scent!

Did you know: DEET which is used in many insect repellents was developed for military warfare and not for daily, long-term use. Studies have shown that long-term exposure to DEET kills brain neurons and affects the central nervous system.

Human Nature's 3 Core Principles

What they claim:
All their product's raw materials are 100% grown and produced in the Philippines and so is manufacturing of its world-class finished products.Human Nature employs Filipinos in partnership with Gawad Kalinga and other organizations such as Philippine Federation for Environmental Concern (PFEC) and Alternative Indigenous Development Foundation Inc. (AIDFI), that aim to alleviate the poor by giving them livelihood and other means to earn income. You can be a dealer or a member to earn money and enjoy discounts. If you are drawn in earning extra income, You can apply as a Human Nature Dealer. What you will love about Human Nature is they encourage recycling of their plastic bottles and they do not test products on animals, which PETA Asia-Pacific recognized them for.

Some brands claim that they are all natural even the products have chemical ingredients. All ingredients of Human Nature products are organic and no harmful effects. All their products are Dermatologist-tested as non-irritating and safe.

By supporting Human Natures products, you also help our local farmers. See? A small amount in supporting their products and can go a long way.

My experience with this product:

With the brand that I have used before, we still get bites even after application.
Unlike with Human Nature Repellent Lotion, protection power stays on skin for 4 hours.
I have emptied three bottles already. This is very effective. Everyday I use this with my two sons and even with myself.  It is essentially needed to protect our skin in any insect bites, especially on rainy season that mosquitoes are everywhere which carry dengue virus. It is always best to prevent than cure. I also make sure to have a spare bottle that I always put on my bag so when we go out, I make sure to take a protection with my kids.

My final say:
Nothing can stop me from repurchasing this product. :) Nothing much I can say.
