Hubby came home with a basketful of ripe and unripe mangoes. Yey! He knows how I love mangoes and I crave whenever I see someone eating mango.
One thing that I love doing on my mango is making a mango shake, Most especially on a hot summer, it really cools me down to have a cold mango shake. I like trying adding other fruits with it and this time I added jackfruit also just to give my regular ripe mango shake a lil twist.
Mango fruit is rich in Vitamin A, B and C. Also, it has traces of Vitamin B, E and K. It is also a good source of antioxidant. While jackfruit is rich in energy, dietary fiber, minerals, and vitamins.
Slices of Ripe Mango
1 cup Jackfruit
3 cups of milk
1 tbsp of sugar
2 drops of vanilla
Put all the ingredients together and turn on the blender. Blend until smooth. Pour out the shake into a container, chill, and serve.
