TeleTech Opens Its 17th Site with Over 100 New Jobs

Teletech recently opened up their 17th site located in Gateway Tower, Araneta Center, Quezon City. Teletech is one of the leading BPO companies here in the Philippines. The company offers an integrated platform that combines consulting, technology, care and growth services to simplify and personalize interactions that build deep engagement between people and brands.

I was so lucky to be invited for a site tour of Teletech's newest site at 15th floor of Gateway Center.



You feel welcome the moment you enter the receiving area because of the great ambiance and very accommodating staff.

The pantry really looks like a cafeteria, walls are painted white. They have a mini convenience store called Grab Scan Go. It is more of like an honesty store where you will just scan the stuff you wanna buy and pay at the machine on the side.And the best part is, the prices of their goodies are way cheaper than the local convenience stores.



And look, they have a Lactation Room for nursing moms. It's nice to learn that they are aware of mommy employees who are in need of this kind of facility. Salute to Teletech!

The production floor of this site is the best layout I've seen so far compared to other BPO companies I have been. The layout of each work station is neatly designed to promote productivity and work quality.



They also have training rooms, Sleeping Quarters for male and female and Visitor's area where you have a privacy if you happen to have visitors during work.

Based on our site tour, obviously Teletech definitely knows how to value their employees.

Teletech's 17th site is currently hiring atleast 100 new employees to fill customer service and business support roles. New hires will join pioneer programs, gain accessto Teletech's comprehensive pay and benefits package, and immerse in a corporate culture invested in personal development.

If I will choose to work again in corporate world, I will definitely try my luck at Teletech.
