Jarful of Goodness Soothing Lavender & Vanilla Dead Sea Salt Scrub #ProductReview

I love body scrubs, infact I have tried a lot from different brands already. I like how my skin feels moisturized and clean after exfoliating. It is essential to exfoliate our skin atleast once a week to remove dead skin. I remember, I did a product review on some of them. This time, I tried an all-natural salt scrub from Jarful of Goodness.

Well, since I am into organic and all natural products, I thought to give this a try. Here is an honest to goodness review of this product. Just a disclaimer, although I got this product for free (from my free voucher in Beautymnl) I am not paid to do this review. All thoughts and opinions are my own and based from my experience. Also, please note that we have different skin types so what works on me, might not work on you, and vice versa.

Product: Jarful of Goodness 120grams

CLAIMS and INGREDIENTS
Since it claims it is made of all-natural ingredients, I did not think twice. Soothing Lavender & Vanilla Dead Sea Salt Scrub
All Natural, handcrafted body scrub for smoother skin

Ingredients: Dead sea salt, Coconut Oil, Lavender Oil, Vanilla Oil, and a Dallop of Goodness and Love

Directions:
Stir the scrub using a spoon or spatula. Scoop out a little into your hand and add a little water if you like. Use your hand or wash cloth and start scrubbing. Rinse well and towel dry. Tightly close the lid after each use.

Packaging:
Plastic packaging which is not a really a problem. I prefer this kind of packaging than those bottle or plastic bag-like packaging. The white packaging looks simple yet its sturdy enough wo I don't think the looks matter.

PRICE and AVAILABILITY
It is being sold in the market for
I got this from BeautyMnl.

TEXTURE
uhmmm... scrubs are expected to be rough on skin, but this one is kind of harsh in my opinion. I have tried scrubs that melts right away but this one doesnt melt that fast.

EXPERIENCE:
Well, I don't know why but for some reasons this body salt scrub is definitely not for me. My skin hurts because of the texture, even I incorporate more than enough water with the product. With other scrubs I tried, just two or three rubs, the product melts away. But this one, it takes more effort until it completely melts on my skin. It feels so harsh that I felt some parts of my skin bleeds while rubbing it. I stopped using it and just think of new products to try. But in all fairness, those parts where skin doesn't hurt much, feels smooth after rinse.

REPURCHASE?
Never.

I really like the idea of natural ingredients in one product, but this body scrub just needs a bit of improvement. I wish they can make the product itself more gentle to use, just to make it more suitable for any skin type.

Anyways, I may try their All-Natural Handcrafted Body Scrub Decadent Coffee and Dead Sea Salt in place of this body scrub.
