Celeteque is one of my most trusted brands when it comes to skin care. Infact, I have written several product reviews about their products. And due to a skin problem caused by warm weather, one of their I-haven't-tried-yet products will be put into test. Just recently, my hubby suffered from back acne. It was very unusual because he never had back acne before. Good thing, I still have the Celeteque Dermo Science Acne Solutions Back Acne Spray with Hydroxy Acid in stock. I got this from Sample Room last year.

One of the skin care products I regularly use during shower is body scrub. Using body scrub is one of the best way to exfoliate your skin to improve it's texture. If you are a super busy mom like me who cannot sneak a short visit to spa salons for skin pampering like skin exfoliation or body scrub service, you can also do it at home and all that you need to have is body scrub and a loofah or exfoliating gloves.  I have already posted few reviews about body scrub in my blogs here  and here , that shows I am so into removing dead skin cells and pampering myself even at home. Using body scrub on a daily basis may take off healthy cells so it is advised to do it once or twice a week. If you have a sensitive skin, do it less. Also, don't scrub your skin too hard it may make your skin red.

I was surprised to receive a parcel from Aloe Derma, early this year after participating in their survey. Imagine a wide smile when I opened the parcel and saw this Aloe Pure Aloe Vera Gel which is 99% organic. To be perfectly honest, I really find joy in trying different organic products and sharing my experience, thoughts and honest opinion to everyone.  Let me get it straight first, not all organic products I tried worked on me, on the other hand, nothing caused me allergic reactions.  Okay, back to my review, so I checked the box of this Aloe Pure Aloe Vera Gel and I got absolutely amazed to the multiple uses of this product.

Then, I told myself one day, I will be able to get myself a new point and shoot digital camera which I can use during events and to take photos of products I review. In buying a digital camera , the factors I consider are: It doesn't need to be expensive, as long as it can take good quality photos. Ability to film a good quality video since I do vlog sometimes. Gives detailed shot even when zoomed in. Suitable for shooting a moving subject. Handy and not heavy. Affordable, not expensive but good quality. User-friendly and easy to navigate. Capability to focus accurately for taking photos and recording videos. To be honest, I am not knowledgeable enough about digital

Some people don't really pay attention on skin protection from harmful rays of sun. We must know that umbrella and wearing protective clothing are not enough to block the sun from damaging our skin. Wearing sun block lotion that has a decent level of SPF protection is also necessary to make sure our skin is well protected. What makes wearing sunscreen protection important is it shields our skin from sun's harmful rays and reduce the risk of skin cancer, hyperpigmentation, discoloration and painful sunburn. Not only during summer but all year round, lotion with spf is one of my major skincare staples. 

When Argan Oil has become popular last year, I belong to those who really eager to try the wonders of it. It took a while for me to score a bottle of argan oil since it is a bit pricey. Why I need it? Having a very dry skin and hair during extreme weather, an argan oil is reckoned to help me get through those times. The part of my body which the paucity of moisture is in highest demand are my feet. First time in my existence that average callus has formed in my feet  together with intense dryness that resulted to cracked heels. I must admit, it has made a slight fall off my self-confidence that I got shy of going to footspa and even wearing flip-flops because it shows off my feet.

I was  not aware that my favorite local cosmetic brand, Ever Bilena also offers skin care products like lotion until I stumbled upon a brochure of Ever Bilena products from an SA. It's nice to see that they also have the Citronella lotion, so I bought one right away. If you have been reading my blog, you know that I am scared of mosquito bites. I have reviewed few mosquito repellent lotions in the past. This lotion comes very handy wherever we are since I am fond of applying lotion for skin protection. This lotion is very affordable, you can get a 100ml full lotion product for only P60. Still a steal for a budget conscious mom like me. 

I always look towards discovering new organic products because they are safe and don't harm my skin. Today, I would like to a review about my latest organic product discovery which I am not sure if you have already heard about. Nature Essentials sent me one of their best selling products, Maracuja Oil to try. My face is very dry at the moment and I need a product to help moisturize my skin and makes my skin looks healthy. I was hoping this product will help.

Sunscreen protection is something I make sure me and my family wear every time we go out in the sun. Even it's not sunny outside, I guess it has become my routine. And when it comes to sunblock protection especially for my kids, I only use Human Nature Safe Protect for Kids Mineral Sunscreen. What made me try this sunblock protection is it is 100% natural. So I know it is 100% safe and that is what moms would love to use for their kids.

Well for today, I am going to share a review about something I don't personally use. Because this is a bathe essential used by my hubby. For mommies out there, who decides when it comes to your husband's bathe essentials? My husband doesn't care which brand to use when it comes to his bath soap. I don't know why but for him, all soaps are just the same with performance and all the benefits. I can buy him any brand of soap and he doesn't mind at all. Just last month, I had him try this ALFA-1 Antibacterial Body Soap. This whitening and antibacterial soap is specifically formulated for men to meet their daily needs. Most men are active which makes them sweat a lot and with the presence of bacteria produce unpleasant odor.

Earlier today, I planned to visit our local post office to check if my package from abroad already arrived. Sadly, the post office haven't received anything for me yet from overseas but I have a local package that has been sitting there for three weeks now.

As a multi tasking mom, juggling my hours between kids, work and errands, I feel that wearing contact lens than prescription eyeglasses is much comfortable and a lot convenient. I have an eyesight problem which I acquired when I was a kid because of too much reading under low lights and too much tv.  When buying clear contact lenses, I always opt for disposable lenses. Simply because I find it more affordable and easy to maintain. I once bought an extended wear contact lense and was able to use it only for a short period of time because it ripped off while I was cleaning it. So, for practicality purposes, I stick to disposable ones.

Another backlog which I wanted to share with you although I feel it is kinda late because it is supposed to be up last Christmas. One of the yummy treats I received last December is this delicious sandwich spread from Tita Vickie. Tuna Spread and Cheese Pimiento.

This is one of my kiddos fave juice drink at the moment. My son who is in his 3rd grade loves to eat nata de coco which is also present at this juice drink. To be honest, this is the first ever bottled juice drink I know that you get to chew nata de coco while enjoying your juice.  Mogu-mogu is a product of Thailand. I like the adorable smiley face at the cap of the bottle, hahah it looks cute!
