What I meant is I love to eat pasta dishes of any kind to a point that you can serve me pasta dishes everyday of my life and you will never hear me complain. Sometimes, I'd love to think I have an Italian blood running through my veins hahah. But that's just a wishful thinking. grins . One of my most fave is Carbonara. Here I am today sharing to all of my readers my Carbonara recipe.

Chopsuey Recipe for Picky Eater Kids #PorkSavor

Whenever I serve veggies, duck faces are very familiar around the dining table. Yup, they are some sort of picky eaters when it comes to veggies. Although sometimes, I can make them eat veggies without bribing. But the thing is, they don't enjoy their foods. That is one big challenge for a mom like me who likes to see her kids enjoy the food and see smiles on their faces at each bite. One of the best approach I learned is never pressure the kids and serve a variety of brightly colored foods. And also, to achieve the taste that kids would love, use a seasoning that can help bring out the tastiness of my home-cooked dishes.

Beef Bone Marrow Soup or best known as Bulalo Yay Rainy weather!! Me and my hubby was thinking of one best to eat when its cold and raining. He came up of an idea to cook Bulalo. This is one of the well known beef soup in the Philippines. This is best to eat most especially when served hot on a bed weather. Bulalo is one of the most favorited foods by Filipinos despite of it's high cholesterol content. It is just simply a marrow in the bone of the beef shank and vegetables. it is very easy to prepare, my hubby just requested for this. But if you have a high cholesterol, I will not recommend this dish.
