Today, I got too busy because today is kitchen general cleaning day. I supposed to prepare fish according to my weekly menu but my son requested chicken for our lunch. Whats so sweet, he showered my face with kisses before I could ever answer. lol. That has always been his gesture to get my 'yes'. Since we are also trying to come out for low-budget dishes lately, I came out to a chix dish which is  Kinamiasang Manok  that won't hurt our wallet much.

Easy Puto (Steamed Rice Cake) Recipe

Last month, I spent a lot of time in the kitchen because of the holidays which is good because I was able to try more recipes and was able to learn few kitchen skills, lol. And finally, I learned how to prepare Puto. At least once in a month, we prepare Puto (Steamed Rice Cake) for the family. It is one of the traditional merienda (afternoon snack) and also almusal (breakfast) we keep in the family.

When the kids showed an unusual sweetness and endearment, I know that's an indication that they need something , Hahahah. Don't get me wrong because my two kids were born the sweetest kiddos in the world but the level of sweetness they show when they have requests or asking for a favor to me is just soo cute. Most especially when they wanted me to prepare them grahams.

Here I am today sharing to all of my readers my Carbonara recipe.
