I limit my kids to soda because I know that it's not good for their health. At times, I am also strict in implementing NO JUNKFOODs at home. I am glad I have found a delicious and healthy snack which my whole family will enjoy as an alternative to processed junkies. I am talking about Bite Me Snack.   Just last month, I received something from mail and I am glad to see this health related product, Yacon Syrup. I have seen in television and internet that Yacon syrup helps a lot in loosing weight. I recommended this to my mom who needs to lose weight. She incorporates it in her coffee everyday. She uses it as an alternative to sugar because it is also known as an all-natural sweetener. Last Thursday, I was invited to the block screening of much waited movie, Maleficent in TriNoma Cinema1. I have been looking forward for this Disney movie because I am so excited to see how Angelina Jolie resplendent in the title role. I supposed to come with my mom but something came up and she was not able to accompany me to watch the movie. I did not bring my kids with me because although it is a Disney movie, I'd like to watch it first to evaluate if this is a kind of movie I will allow my kids to see.

  Swish has been a part of my everyday routine. The mouthwash and breath spray help keep my mouth clean and fresh all day. That is why I am so happy when Unilab sent me another two of the same variant of mouthwash to try. I received two of  Swish Mouthwash in Mangosteen Mint variant. 

  I am putting up and collecting different learning activities for my kiddos and this one is one of the bunch.  This is a simple activity to introduce shapes to kids.
