PSA Birth Certificate Online Application Experience

Although the number of positive Covid cases has been reduced nationwide, there is no assurance of safety specially outdoor. I do not go out on crowded areas yet
now that I am pregnant with my 4th baby. 


As much as possible, I do anything online for my family and own safety. Aside from shopping household items online, I also order documents online. Yes, with PSA Helpline you can already order your documents online and have them delivered right at your doorsteps. 


When the school required my children to pass their birth certificates to school, I immediately logged on to my laptop for the PSA birth certificate online application of my three children. Here is how I did it step by step:


First, go to: https://psahelpline.ph/ and click ORDER NOW. Click the Certificate type of your choice.





Complete all the information:


After you have completed all the above information, you will be directed to this page to pay. They offer several convenient payment options which you can easily pay via app on your phone. You can pay within 5 days after you placed your order.

You will also receive a notification email from PSA which states the amount to pay and the reference/order ID for the payment. I paid P365 for every single transaction which includes shipping.





Once payment has been made, you will receive another email confirming the order being processed. At the same day, you will also receive another email that the birth certificate has been released by the PSA.



The next day, I received an email from PSA confirming the order has been dispatched to their courier provider for delivery. 


For smooth delivery and the security of your document/s, please present one signed valid original government-issued ID to the courier upon delivery.


Provincial delivery took 3 days to receive.

 




Overall, it was a great experience! As you can see, it was so easy and it only took me 5 minutes to place my order. Thank you, PSA Helpline for the fast and very convenient transaction.
