I am so excited to share one of my holy grail lately, the Zenutrients Body Scrub. To be honest, I am not a fan of scrubs before. I just use facial scrub once a month but never did I use any body scrub for like ages (8 looong years, yeah). I stopped using body scrubs because I felt like I can't see anything special about bodyscrubs that I have used and none really gave any small change or improvement on my skin at all. Not until I have received Zenutrients Body Scrub. I was hesitant to try it because as I have said, I have negative impressions in body scrubs. The first use was definitely addicting. Why? I have been leaning towards eating healthy. Ever since I have started my love in organic, I have become aware of what are safe for my family's health. Just last week, I have been selected to try The GoodBoxPh's healthy, nutritious food in the meal plan. What is The GoodBoxPh?

I limit my kids to soda because I know that it's not good for their health. At times, I am also strict in implementing NO JUNKFOODs at home. I am glad I have found a delicious and healthy snack which my whole family will enjoy as an alternative to processed junkies. I am talking about Bite Me Snack. Not only in foods or products we use but in general.

I recommended this to my mom who needs to lose weight. She incorporates it in her coffee everyday. She uses it as an alternative to sugar because it is also known as an all-natural sweetener. She makes sure she takes one teaspoon every morning and evening. I am very positive that this is safe because it is a natural food you can eat everyday.

As parents we always want the best for our kids and we do everything just to make sure they are in their best condition. However, there are still instances that we don't have any control of.  Whenever any of my sons got sick, I worry a lot. I am like a spinning top looking for the bestest way to make them feel better. 

Road testing a product to find out if you are both compatible or not really takes time. It disappoints me if it didnt worked after so many weeks of using while I am so pleased when I am able to find products that really work for me. Part of my skincare routine that I never skip on doing everyday is cleanse, tone and moisturize. I always make sure to do this twice a day. Everyday is a busy day for mommies like me. I sometimes wish I have a magical power to extend my 24 hours to 28 or more so I will be able to do all things I needed to do everyday. As always, it seems a lot to do but so little time. So when it comes to pampering myself, it is very seldom to have a single hour of ME time. What I do in a day full of activities, I dedicate few minutes for my skin care regimen. I have my morning and night skin care routine which sums up to a total of 30 minutes and another 10 minutes for my makeup. Something that could cope up with a busy mommy life. I hope their products work on my skin, cross fingers. They sent me different Godiva products to try. 

One of my New Year's resolution is to support anything that is made from natural ingredients. These days, organic products are being patronized by more people. Simply because more and more are now aware that these organic products are economical and much safer since it has more natural ingredients. But just a clarification, not all products who claims organic are 100% made of natural ingredients. Some still have chemicals but not more than 10%. It pays to read the labels.

Back when I was a kid, I hate leafy vegetables. I hardly eat vegetables. It makes me wanna throw up whenever I try to eat any. My parents gave up and stopped forcing me eat the greens and just waited til the day to come that I learn to loved it. I often hear people talking, not eating veggies caused my skinny and pale body. My body is said to be lacking of nutrients from green vegetables.

  Hair is our crowning glory so we should give it proper care and attention.   I am Pro-Environment and as possible, I reduce my use of plastic bags and I use paper bags and cloth bags as an alternative.
