FERN-C Everyday #Vitamin

I have been too busy eversince school started. Work at home mom like me can never run out of task. Primarily, keeping things on track at home from taking care of the kids including their foods, cleaning and ofcourse the bills. We don't hire nanny, it is just me and my hubby to take care our home and kids along with our work. Hiring a nanny can never be practical at this moment since we are in the process of saving and we are scared to fall out of budget. Even its exhausting and energy consuming everyday, we need to manage. 

As busy parents, we also need not to neglect our health. We make sure we also get enough nutrition and vitamin we can get. Me and hubby also resort to food supplements.

 Sodium Ascorbate FERN-C Vitamin is a non-acidic vitamin c, immune system booster, anti-oxidant and tissue/wound healing. 

 Dosage: For daily maintenance take 1-2 capsules. For cold symptoms take 3-4 capsules daily. May be given as is or dissolved in fruit juices, water, or cold beverages of choice.

 Indication: Prevention and treatment of Vitamin C deficiency. Hastens wound healing and increases body resistance from infectious diseases. For healthy gums, teeth, bones and other corrective tissues.

This is one of the food supplements we currently taking everyday. Prevention is always better than cure. We can't get the essential vitamins and nutrients our body needs from the foods alone to cope up with our everyday activities that is why we also feel the need to take food supplements for extra protection against sickness. There is no negative reaction on our body for two weeks now so we are sure to continue on taking Fern-C.
