Image Source It’s not long until we enter 2019 now, and a huge number of us will make the resolution to get into shape. This isn’t all too surprising. December is a month of indulgence and many of us will have overindulged in roast dinners, mince pies , Yule logs, and hot chocolates, which can really pile the pounds on. We also tend to be a little too busy to keep up with our usual exercise routines during this time of year and may find ourselves skipping the gym in order to attend family get togethers, work social events, and to complete Christmas shopping in time. But, now all of this has passed and we have no excuse to lose focus on our overall health and wellbeing.
